BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE AT CERTLABPRO.COM OR OUR MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR iOS AND ANDROID (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CertLabPro ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.
CertLabPro is an educational platform that provides practice exam questions and study tools for various cloud computing and technology certification examinations. The Service includes, but is not limited to: practice exam simulations with timed assessments and scoring; fourteen (14) distinct study modes designed for different learning styles; progress tracking, activity calendars, and performance analytics; personal study notes and external resource link management; multi-language support for questions, explanations, and the user interface; and offline functionality with all content available without an internet connection.
The Service is provided as a supplementary study aid and is not intended to be a substitute for official training, documentation, or study materials published by certification providers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You expressly agree that you will NOT: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content for any commercial purpose; modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service or its underlying software; use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access or extract content from the Service; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service; circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service; share, transfer, or sublicense your access to paid content; use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service; or use the content to create a competing product or service.
Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without refund.
All content available through the Service β including, without limitation, practice questions, answer explanations, software code, user interface design, graphics, logos, icons, and documentation β is the proprietary property of CertLabPro or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Certification names, logos, exam codes, and related trademarks referenced within the Service are the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to: Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS); Microsoft Corporation (Azure, Microsoft 365); Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform); HashiCorp, Inc. (Terraform); The Linux Foundation (Kubernetes, CNCF); and other certification bodies. CertLabPro's use of these marks is solely for purposes of identifying the subject matter of the educational content and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Certain certifications and content bundles within the mobile application are available for purchase as one-time, non-recurring in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable, and are subject to the respective platform's terms of service and refund policies.
CertLabPro does not directly process payments or store payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their standard refund processes. We do not offer subscriptions; all purchases grant permanent access to the purchased content.
Free certifications included with the Service are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed in future versions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (E) USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN PASSING ANY CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION.
Any reliance you place on information provided through the Service is strictly at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CERTLABPRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You are solely responsible for: maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it; creating backups of any data you consider important, as clearing browser data or uninstalling the application will permanently and irreversibly delete all study progress, notes, exam history, and preferences; ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations; and evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of the content provided through the Service for your specific certification goals.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Your right to use the Service terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the application from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CertLabPro with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
