CertLabPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512. This page describes our copyright policy, outlines the procedure for submitting a DMCA takedown notice, and explains our approach to content originality.
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures described below.
All original content on CertLabPro β including practice questions, answer explanations, software source code, user interface designs, graphics, icons, and documentation β is the proprietary intellectual property of CertLabPro and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Our practice questions and educational content are independently authored and are not copied from, derived from, or based on proprietary exam content belonging to any certification provider. CertLabPro does not host user-generated content and does not permit third-party content uploads.
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner) and believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements, as required by 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(c)(3):
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or other reasonably sufficient information to allow us to locate the material.
(d) Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will acknowledge receipt of all valid DMCA notices and will process them in accordance with the DMCA.
If you believe that material you posted or that is associated with you was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to info@3idata.com. Your counter-notification must include all of the following:
(a) Your physical or electronic signature.
(b) Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
(c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
(d) Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
(e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which CertLabPro may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, CertLabPro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access rights of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the access of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether repeat infringement has occurred.
Please be advised that under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
