CertLabPro is committed to ensuring that our website and mobile applications are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We believe that every user deserves a high-quality study experience, regardless of ability. This Accessibility Statement outlines our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and the standards we follow.
We are dedicated to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These internationally recognized guidelines provide a framework for making digital content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continuously review and improve our Service to ensure the best possible experience for all users.
CertLabPro incorporates the following accessibility features across both web and mobile platforms:
Semantic HTML and ARIA: The application uses semantic HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, article, section, footer) and WAI-ARIA attributes to ensure that content is properly structured and navigable by assistive technologies, including screen readers.
Keyboard Navigation: All interactive features of the Service β including navigation, question answering, study mode controls, and dialogs β are fully operable using a keyboard alone. Skip-to-content links are provided for efficient navigation.
Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements maintain sufficient color contrast ratios to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. Both light and dark themes are designed with accessibility in mind.
Responsive Design: The Service is designed to work across a range of devices, screen sizes, and orientations. Content reflows appropriately and remains usable when text is resized up to 200%.
Focus Management: Clear, visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements. Focus is managed programmatically during modal dialogs, page transitions, and dynamic content updates.
Live Regions: Dynamic content updates β such as timer countdowns, feedback messages, and score changes β use ARIA live regions to ensure that screen reader users are informed of changes in real time.
Text Alternatives: Non-decorative images and icons include appropriate alt text or ARIA labels to convey their meaning to assistive technology users.
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, certain areas of the Service may currently have limitations:
Complex interactive elements in some study modes (such as drag-and-drop or rapid-response interfaces) may have limited screen reader support. We are exploring alternative interaction patterns for these features.
Chart and graph visualizations in the progress dashboard may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working to provide text-based alternatives for all data visualizations.
Third-party content, such as App Store and Google Play store pages, is outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility standards.
We are actively working to address these limitations in future updates.
CertLabPro has been tested with the following assistive technologies: VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android; NVDA and JAWS on Windows; and keyboard-only navigation on all platforms.
We recommend using the latest versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) for the best experience with assistive technologies on the web.
We welcome and actively seek feedback on the accessibility of CertLabPro. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty using any feature with assistive technology, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

When reporting an accessibility issue, please include: a description of the problem and the feature or page affected; the assistive technology and browser or device you are using; and steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
We take all accessibility reports seriously and will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address reported issues in a timely manner.
