If you encounter a bug, crash, or unexpected behavior in the Service, please submit a detailed report to info@3idata.com with the subject line "Bug Report." We take all bug reports seriously and prioritize fixes based on severity and user impact.
Accuracy is a core priority for CertLabPro. If you identify an error in a practice question, answer, explanation, or any other content, please report it to info@3idata.com with the subject line "Content Correction" and include: the certification name and exam code (e.g., AWS SAA-C03); the question number or text that identifies the affected content; a description of the error and, if applicable, the correct information with a reference source; and the language in which you encountered the issue.
All reported content issues are reviewed by our editorial team and, upon verification, corrected in subsequent updates.
