אתם אחראים לשמירה על אבטחת המכשיר שלכם וכל נתון המאוחסן באופן מקומי. אתם מאשרים שניקוי נתוני הדפדפן או הסרת האפליקציה ימחקו לצמיתות את התקדמות הלימודים, ההערות והיסטוריית הבחינות שלכם.

You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CertLabPro with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
