Você pode utilizar o CertLabPro para fins educacionais pessoais e não comerciais. Você concorda em não: reproduzir, distribuir ou vender qualquer conteúdo do aplicativo; utilizar o serviço para qualquer finalidade ilegal; tentar fazer engenharia reversa ou extrair o código-fonte; utilizar ferramentas automatizadas para extrair ou baixar conteúdo; nem falsear sua identidade ou afiliação.

Todo o conteúdo, incluindo questões, explicações, código, design e marca, é propriedade do CertLabPro ou de seus licenciadores. Nomes de certificações, logotipos e marcas comerciais pertencem aos seus respectivos proprietários (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, HashiCorp, Cloud Native Computing Foundation, etc.).

CertLabPro é fornecido "como está" sem garantias de qualquer tipo. Não garantimos que o uso de nossos exames de prática resultará na aprovação em qualquer exame de certificação. Não seremos responsáveis por quaisquer danos diretos, indiretos, incidentais ou consequentes decorrentes do uso do serviço.

Você é responsável por manter a segurança do seu dispositivo e de quaisquer dados armazenados localmente. Você reconhece que limpar os dados do navegador ou desinstalar o aplicativo excluirá permanentemente seu progresso de estudo, notas e histórico de exames.

Reservamo-nos o direito de modificar, suspender ou descontinuar o CertLabPro a qualquer momento sem aviso prévio. Seu direito de uso do serviço será automaticamente encerrado se você violar qualquer um destes termos.

Estes Termos de Uso serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis aplicáveis, sem considerar os princípios de conflito de leis. Quaisquer disputas decorrentes destes termos serão resolvidas na jurisdição apropriada.
