CertLabPro を使用することにより、お客様はこれらの利用規約を読み、理解し、それに拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。これらの規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリケーションを使用しないでください。

CertLabPro は、各種クラウドおよびテクノロジー認定試験の練習問題と学習ツールを提供する教育プラットフォームです。本サービスには、複数の学習モード、進捗追跡、ノート作成、その他の学習機能が含まれます。

お客様は、個人的かつ非商業的な教育目的で CertLabPro を使用できます。お客様は以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします：アプリケーションのコンテンツを複製、配布、または販売すること、違法な目的でサービスを使用すること、ソースコードのリバースエンジニアリングまたは抽出を試みること、自動化ツールを使用してコンテンツをスクレイピングまたはダウンロードすること、身元や所属を虚偽に表示すること。

問題、解説、コード、デザイン、ブランディングを含むすべてのコンテンツは、CertLabPro またはそのライセンサーの財産です。認定資格の名称、ロゴ、商標は、それぞれの所有者（Amazon Web Services、Microsoft、Google、HashiCorp、Cloud Native Computing Foundation など）に帰属します。

CertLabPro は、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。当社の練習試験を使用することで認定試験に合格することを保証するものではありません。お客様による本サービスの利用に起因する直接的、間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

お客様は、ご自身のデバイスおよびローカルに保存されたデータのセキュリティを維持する責任を負います。ブラウザデータの消去またはアプリのアンインストールにより、学習の進捗状況、ノート、試験履歴が永久に削除されることをご了承ください。

当社は、予告なくいつでも CertLabPro を変更、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。お客様がこれらの規約のいずれかに違反した場合、本サービスを使用する権利は自動的に終了します。

これらの利用規約は、法の抵触に関する原則にかかわらず、適用される法律に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。これらの規約に起因する紛争は、適切な管轄区域で解決されるものとします。

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your right to use the Service terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the application from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CertLabPro with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
