Al utilizar CertLabPro, usted reconoce que ha leído, comprendido y acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Uso. Si no está de acuerdo con estos términos, por favor no utilice la aplicación.

CertLabPro es una plataforma educativa que proporciona preguntas de práctica para exámenes y herramientas de estudio para diversas certificaciones en la nube y tecnología. El servicio incluye múltiples modos de estudio, seguimiento del progreso, toma de notas y otras funciones de aprendizaje.

Puede utilizar CertLabPro para fines educativos personales y no comerciales. Usted se compromete a no: reproducir, distribuir o vender cualquier contenido de la aplicación; utilizar el servicio para cualquier fin ilícito; intentar realizar ingeniería inversa o extraer el código fuente; utilizar herramientas automatizadas para extraer o descargar contenido; ni falsear su identidad o afiliación.

Todo el contenido, incluyendo preguntas, explicaciones, código, diseño y marca, es propiedad de CertLabPro o sus licenciantes. Los nombres de certificaciones, logotipos y marcas comerciales pertenecen a sus respectivos propietarios (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, HashiCorp, Cloud Native Computing Foundation, etc.).

CertLabPro se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que el uso de nuestros exámenes de práctica resulte en la aprobación de ningún examen de certificación. No seremos responsables de ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado de su uso del servicio.

Usted es responsable de mantener la seguridad de su dispositivo y de cualquier dato almacenado localmente. Usted reconoce que borrar los datos del navegador o desinstalar la aplicación eliminará permanentemente su progreso de estudio, notas e historial de exámenes.

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar CertLabPro en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. Su derecho a utilizar el servicio se termina automáticamente si viola cualquiera de estos términos.

Estos Términos de Uso se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes aplicables, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos términos se resolverá en la jurisdicción correspondiente.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your right to use the Service terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the application from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CertLabPro with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
