CertLabPro 是一个教育平台，为各种云计算和技术认证考试提供练习题和学习工具。该服务包括多种学习模式、进度跟踪、笔记功能及其他学习功能。

您可以将 CertLabPro 用于个人、非商业性的教育目的。您同意不得：复制、分发或出售应用程序中的任何内容；将服务用于任何非法目的；试图反向工程或提取源代码；使用自动化工具抓取或下载内容；或虚假陈述您的身份或从属关系。

所有内容，包括题目、解析、代码、设计和品牌标识，均为 CertLabPro 或其许可方的财产。认证名称、徽标和商标归其各自所有者所有（Amazon Web Services、Microsoft、Google、HashiCorp、Cloud Native Computing Foundation 等）。

CertLabPro 按“原样”提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们不保证使用我们的练习考试一定能通过任何认证考试。对于因您使用本服务而产生的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损害，我们概不负责。

您有责任维护您的设备安全及本地存储的任何数据。您确认清除浏览器数据或卸载应用程序将永久删除您的学习进度、笔记和考试记录。

我们保留随时修改、暂停或停止 CertLabPro 的权利，恕不另行通知。如果您违反任何这些条款，您使用本服务的权利将自动终止。

这些使用条款应受适用法律管辖并据其解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。因这些条款引起的任何争议应在适当的司法管辖区解决。

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your right to use the Service terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the application from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

You agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CertLabPro with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
